I LOVE these shades! I had a pair of RayBan wayfarers but most them years ago abs gave up on nice shades…until now! Within minutes of getting these I went to sit outside and they fit great, look great, and work great!! I am super happy!!!! I hope I never lose or break them but knowing I am covered makes them even better!!

Shady Ray’s customer service is fantastic. I have been a customer for several years and have purchased shades many times. I love the shades selection, quality and their customer service. I recently had a request on a purchase I made and they immediately took care of it with no hassles.

Glasses went missing in the mail after they were shown as delivered. Reached out to customer service and without missing a beat sent out another pair. There is a reason why I have ordered over 15 pairs of glasses from this company. The glasses are awesome their customer service is even better

When placing an online order, I accidentally selected a pair of sunglasses that were not what I wanted. For some reason, this Italian-American MALE can’t see myself wearing aviator sunglasses with PINK lenses. When I emailed Shady Rays with my problem and asked if they could correct my order with the sunglasses I had meant to select, they emailed me back promptly confirming an updated version of my order - and on a weekend, no less! You can’t ask for better customer service. Thanks, Shady Rays!

These sunglasses are everything advertised and more--a quality product. They look great on, too! The sunglasses arrived quickly and in great shape. The order process was easy. My initial order was lost in the mail. I reached out to customer service and they were on it immediately. They contacted me throughout the process and followed through. I cannot be more pleased.

I contacted them asking for a Veterans Discount, which they do have, it just took 2 weeks and switching to instagram to find the answer.
That is just trash customer service on every level.

I'm from Australia I ordered some sunnies maybe a week and a half ago recieved them yesterday. Unfortunately they missed the hard case when packing my order. One email later and it's on its way no issues excellent customer service. The sunglasses I recieved are probably the best polarised sunnies I've ever owned. I love the fact to that my purchase is helping clean up bottles of the beaches and keeping them out of the ocean. Great job shady rays!

I really wanted to buy a pair of prescription/polarized sunglasses b4 my prescription expired & Shady Ray's was the 1st company that popped up on Google. The selection great, the process of ordering so simple, loved the follow up after placing order, best price & received in 6 days! They fit great too & love the clarity/sharpness of the sunglasses! Plus the case also a nice touch and love that I contributed 10 meals to fight hunger!!! Fabulous!!!????????

I am extremely satisfied with ShadyRays customer service. I had a minor issue (normal wear & tear) with a pair of sunglasses that I owned for several years. I contacted customer service via their website portal. I offered to pay for the replacement part. Their response time was less than 24 hrs. Apparently, the piece was no longer available due to the updated design style. They sent me a new pair of sunglasses at no cost. I could not be more pleased. Thank you ShadyRays.

I recently purchased a few pairs of these glasses, 1 was a pair of mirrored lenses. Lenses got scratched Within 3 days of notification I had a brand new pair on the way to my house!!!! Excellent service, Quality shades. THANKS AGAIN

I got a pair of Shady Rays a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the lenses got scratched; when I inquired about getting replacement lenses, they sent me a new pair of sunglasses free of charge. Amazing customer service, thank you!

This company is amazing , great product and a super fair price , no BS here, they say the stand behind there product , and they do. This is a superior company , from past experiences and fine print snags , this was a refreshing experience as a whole , thanks to the shady rays team , don’t debate the purchase , just order whatever your contemplating and you’ll see for yourself
